What is TB? Jeopardy - Play along with Florida as they combine staff education with a little fun.
TB Information Tracker - Follow along as Chicago demonstrates how their TB Information Tracker (TBIT) helps reduce data entry burden, aid in organization of patient information, and improve TB patient outcomes.
Patient Treatment Notebook and Resources - Take a walk through Louisiana's patient advocacy and education toolkit as they support TB patients throughout their journey to restored health.

The Excel file includes the User Guide and the Feedback Form on separate tabs.

Chicago requests your feedback via the feedback form by October 21^st to help them improve the tool.
