How to Request a Consultation

By Phone 
Call 1-800-4TB-INFO. An operator will collect basic information and forward your request to an SNTC consultant.

By E-mail 
Email SNTC@medicine.ufl.edu with the subject line Medical Consultation. Please Include:

Your name and phone number, and best times to reach you
Your organization, city, and state
A brief description of your question and patient’s approximate age. Do not include patient names or other identifiers.

You’ll receive a response within two business days.
